Hi! I’m Danielle, the owner, and manager of Layers. I got my start in photography nine years ago. I have had successful mini careers prior to photography in the fashion, beauty, and journalism industries but I found my soul’s spark with photography. When I’m not working on my passion projects, I love embarking on adventures with my incredible partner, Stevan, our two beautiful boys, and two fluffy gals! Stevan helps me manage the business and is a secondary photographer and videographer, too! Sometimes we bring our good friend Connor Brogan along to shoot with us. When we aren’t working together, we absolutely love spending time outdoors hiking, exploring new cities, cooking, and traveling the world.
I also do business and brand coaching, art direction, and design. I currently offer 1-on-1 mentoring for photographers on a monthly basis.

Recently, I was featured in a Netflix Documentary as a victim of crime. I created an initiative to spread awareness and to help fund victims and recovery efforts through a streetwear collection.
